What is AR/VR ?

What is Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality

Virtual Reality is a computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by person using special electronic equipment (such as a helmet with a screen inside or gloves fitted with sensors). VR provides users an immersive experience to uniquely explore the virtual world.

Augmented Reality

A Technology that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user’s view of the real world, thus providing a composite view.

IMMERSION AND PRESENCE IN VIRTUAL REALITY

Immersion into virtual reality is a perception of being physically present in a non-physical world. The perception is created by surrounding the user of the VR system in images, sound or other stimuli that provide an engrossing total environment.

Presence is how you’re really engaged and feel yourself inside the virtual world. Presence does regard features of the virtual reality experience that the user is living.
